If your credit card provider does hold you liable for this $50.00 amount, Health for Life, Inc. will cover your entire liability up to the full $50.00. Health for Life, Inc. will cover only this liability if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own and only for purchases made at Health for Life, Inc. while using our secure server. In the event of an unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.
